Somos una familia ecuatoriana radicada en la provincia de Esmeraldas, tierra fértil y bendecida por la naturaleza. Desde nuestras fincas cultivamos y cosechamos cacao ecuatoriano con dedicación, tradición y profundo respeto por el medio ambiente. Trabajamos de manera responsable, cuidando cada etapa del proceso, desde la siembra hasta la cosecha, para obtener un cacao de la más alta calidad, reconocido por su aroma, sabor y pureza. Karen Estupiñan
Manager Commercial and Operations at Chocolate La Hacienda, she stands out for her deep passion for 100% pure Ecuadorian cocoa and for the artisanal quality that defines every product of the brand. In her role, she manages the areas of sales, marketing, and customer service, while rigorously coordinating the entire operational process: production, supply of inputs, label design, and selection of packaging, always ensuring that the cocoa maintains its essence, purity, and value. She also leads administration and accounting, ensuring a solid and orderly growth for the company.
Amanda Rodríguez
Sales and Brand Development Executive, responsible for driving the commercial growth of the chocolate company La Hacienda through direct sales management, strategic brand promotion, and comprehensive advice to clients and internal teams, ensuring an optimal experience and sustainable results. Her work focuses on enhancing the prestige of the fine Ecuadorian cocoa that characterizes the company.
Ricardo Estupiñan
Responsible for the processes of planting, harvesting, fermentation, and drying of cocoa on the farm located in Esmeraldas. His work ensures that each bean retains the essence and purity of the original Ecuadorian cocoa, maintaining the standards that distinguish La Hacienda. With extensive experience in agronomic management and post-harvest, he supervises each stage with precision: from caring for the plants and selecting the fruit to controlled fermentation and traditional drying, essential processes for developing the aroma and flavor characteristic of fine aromatic cocoa.
Marco Castillo
He has a solid background in commercial management and consulting, having held key roles such as Marketing Director, General Manager, and Product Advisor in leading agro-industrial and food companies. His experience encompasses product formulation, process control, and financial auditing, with a strategic focus on quality, sustainability, and the development of value-added products.
