Our 100% Dark Chocolate chunks from La Hacienda are a true expression of the purest Ecuadorian cacao. Made exclusively with carefully selected and fermented cacao beans from our farm. Each variety is carefully balanced in terms of fluidity and fat content (ranging from 36% to 53%), ensuring smooth textures and a shiny, perfect finish. We offer options from 100% pure cocoa to more balanced ranges (55%–85%), including sugar-free alternatives, coconut sugar varieties, and certified organic coatings. With stable melting and tempering curves, these coatings guarantee precise crystallization, making them ideal for applications ranging from bonbons and ganaches to cakes and artisanal ice creams. In every preparation, they provide a versatile and reliable base that enhances both creativity and quality.



About the presentations

We can produce cacao liquor, cocoa paste, and its derivatives in a wide range of presentations, adapting to the needs of each client. Additionally, within a single production, it is possible to combine different shapes or presentations, allowing the same batch to be complemented with a variety of options, whether in bars, blocks, drops, coins, or other custom formats.
